What is your return policy?

We offer a 10 day return policy. Please email us at info@lovedbyskin.com with your order
number and reason for return and our team will get back to you to start the process. Returns will be refunded the purchase price (minus original shipping).

Can I do an exchange?
We do not offer exchanges or credits at this time.

Where is my refund?
Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed. Reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original form of payment used for purchase.
